The Reynolds Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Álvaro Salas-Castro as its new President and CEO. Dr. Salas-Castro brings 20 years of experience as a distinguished professor specializing in strategy, public-private partnerships and behavioral economics. He holds a Ph.D. in Administration, International Affairs, and Public Policy from Syracuse University, an MBA from INCAE Business School, and a Master of Public Administration from Cornell University, where he graduated with the highest honors.

His experience aligns with the Reynolds Foundation’s mission to drive social impact through initiatives in Medical and Spinal Cord Research, Education, and Freedom and Democracy.
